🛍️ Simms Custom Cycles – Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

🔄 General Return Guidelines

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Include original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

👕 Clothing Returns

We get it — sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. Clothing items can be returned if:

They are unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.

Please Note:
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, balaclavas, and face masks are not eligible for return.

🏍️ Motorcycle Parts Returns

We accept returns on parts that:

Have not been installed or used.
Include all original packaging, hardware, and instructions.

Not Returnable:

Electrical parts once installed or opened.
Custom and special-order items (unless defective).

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a fast replacement or full refund.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
